You can add money to your account by making payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal or Bitcoin. We use highest encryption and security protocols to make sure your payment is processed securely. We also accept payments in multiple currencies.
Where can I download CitrusTel app from?
CitrusTel is a web application and works natively from within a web browser. You do not need to download any app to use CitrusTel
Someone is using CitrusTel to harass me. How can you help?
All outgoing calls from CitrusTel will display 202-858-5588 as the caller ID phone number. If you are receiving a call from this number, more than likely you are being called by someone using CitrusTel, unless the person is spoofing caller ID. Reach out to us if that is the case so we can block your phone number from our platform.
Why does CitrusTel only work with some browsers and not all of them?
CitrusTel uses emerging web technologies to enable browser based VOIP phone service. Not all browsers currently support our technology, with the exception of Chrome and Opera that do.
